When spraying three-sided roller cages, the temperature and humidity in the spraying workshop should be controlled within an appropriate range. Generally, the temperature should be maintained between 15-30℃, and the humidity should not exceed 80%. Excessive temperature and humidity will accelerate the drying speed of the paint, resulting in cracks or bubbles on the coating surface; while too low temperature and humidity may delay the drying of the paint and increase the risk of coating contamination.

Therefore, during the spraying process, professional wind speed monitoring equipment should be used to ensure that the wind speed in the spraying area remains within an appropriate range.
After ensuring that the operating skills and environmental conditions meet the requirements, the fine management of the coating construction process is also the key to ensuring the quality of the coating. Especially for three-sided roller cages that require multiple coats of coating, the drying time and degree of curing between each coat will directly affect the overall performance of the final coating.
When applying multiple coats, sufficient drying time should be allowed between each coat. The length of this time depends on the type of coating, the temperature and humidity of the construction environment, and the thickness of the coating. Generally speaking, the thicker the coating, the longer the drying time; the higher the temperature and humidity, the faster the drying speed. However, too fast a drying speed may cause the solvent inside the coating to fail to completely evaporate, leaving potential risks of bubbling or cracking. Therefore, operators need to set the drying time reasonably according to the drying characteristics of the coating to ensure that the previous coat is completely cured before applying the next coat.
In order to enhance the protective performance of the overall coating, coatings with good compatibility should be selected between different coatings. When selecting a coating, key factors such as its anti-corrosion performance, weather resistance, and adhesion to other coatings should be considered. In addition, after each coat is applied, the coating should be strictly inspected to ensure that there are no defects such as missing coating, no bubbles, and no sagging. Once any problems are found, they should be repaired immediately to avoid adverse effects on subsequent coatings and the quality of the final coating.
After ensuring that the operating skills, environmental conditions and coating construction process meet the requirements, quality monitoring and continuous improvement are also key links to ensure the quality of three-sided roller cage truck coating. By establishing a complete quality monitoring system, strict testing and evaluation of each batch of coatings, each coating and the final coating quality can be carried out, and problems with coating quality can be discovered and corrected in a timely manner.
